Omaha
We work across all of Omaha, from a basement in Benson to a three-car garage in The Ridges. The mix of properties here is wide: century-old concrete that needs serious prep before a flake system will bond, brand-new garages in the Regency area where builders leave the floors raw, and downtown restaurant and showroom spaces where downtime matters. Most weeks our crews are inside city limits. If you are comparing us to a national franchise, the difference is the same person who quoted your floor is the same person prepping it on day one.
Bellevue
Bellevue gets two seasons: tornado season and salt season. We see plenty of garage floors near Offutt that have never been sealed, plus downtown Bellevue storefronts with cracked sidewalks that need moisture protection. Our typical Bellevue job is a 400 to 600 square foot residential garage, sometimes paired with a driveway sealcoat on the same visit. Quotes for Bellevue homes are usually turnkey within a week of first contact.
Papillion
Papillion is one of the fastest-growing zip codes in Nebraska, which means we get a lot of first-time floor buyers. New homes in the Shadow Lake and Lakewood Hills areas often have untreated garage floors that start dusting within a year. We recommend a flake epoxy system for most new-construction garages here, installed within the first 12 to 18 months of move-in so the concrete has not yet absorbed years of road salt.
La Vista
La Vista homes run from 1990s ranches in the central neighborhoods to new builds off Giles Road and south of Harrison. Older homes here usually need concrete sealing on the driveway plus a fresh garage floor system. We are usually in La Vista two or three days a week, and we can group multiple La Vista jobs onto the same visit to keep install costs down.
Council Bluffs
On the Iowa side of the river, freeze-thaw is more aggressive and humidity sits higher in the basements. We treat Council Bluffs concrete a little differently: longer cure times, penetrating sealers instead of film-forming ones for outdoor slabs, and extra attention to expansion joints. Commercial work along the Broadway and Main Street corridors is a regular part of our week.
Elkhorn
Elkhorn is mostly newer subdivisions with three-car garages and wide driveways. Acreage properties on the west edge of the Elkhorn district often have outbuilding slabs and shop floors that need coatings too. Our average Elkhorn job is bigger than the Omaha average, but we can usually group multiple Elkhorn jobs onto the same install run because drive times stack so well.
Gretna
Gretna keeps showing up on the new-construction permit lists, which means a steady stream of first-coat epoxy and first-coat sealcoat jobs. Most Gretna garages we see are 500 to 750 square feet, often with a utility sink and floor drain that need to be carefully masked off during prep. Builder-grade asphalt driveways in the new subdivisions benefit from a sealcoat within the first 12 months of install.
